We’ll set up a brief phone or video consultation to connect. This is a chance for you to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for whether working together feels like a good fit.

Book Your First Session
If it feels right, we’ll schedule your first session. I’ll send over intake forms and everything you need ahead of time so you feel prepared and at ease.

Begin Therapy
In our first session, we’ll move at your pace. We’ll start getting to know what’s bringing you in, what support looks like for you, and begin building a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
